Services Covered

Webb Tech Services provides a range of computer, laptop, and console repair services, including but not limited to:

• New PC Installation & Setup
• Virus & Malware Removal
• Email Troubleshooting & Setup
• Internet & Web Browser Repair
• Software Installation
• Windows Reinstall / Refresh
• Slow Computer Clean-up
• Printer Installation / Troubleshooting
• Laptop Screen Replacement
• Laptop Keyboard Repair
• Backup Advice & Solutions
• Solid State Drive (SSD) Upgrades
• Data Recovery
• Laptop Battery Replacement
• Laptop Charging Issues
• PC & Laptop Sales, Upgrades & Advice

Standard Rates: One-off £25 diagnostics fee, then £30 per hour for repairs.
Warranty: 90 days on hardware repairs.

Limited Liability

Webb Tech Services shall not be liable for:

• Damage to equipment or media before, during, or after service.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or any incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Inability to repair or recover data, even if advised of potential risks.

Liability is strictly limited to the contract price for the service performed.

Risk Acknowledgement

Clients acknowledge the inherent risks of computer and electronics repair, including:

• Possible destruction or damage to devices, media, or data.
• The inability to repair or recover data.

By requesting service, clients assume all associated risks.

Confidentiality

Webb Tech Services agrees not to disclose any information or data files supplied, stored on, or recovered from a client’s equipment, except as required by law.

Payment

• Payment is due in full upon completion of a successful repair, before the release of equipment.
• A minimum charge of £25 applies if a customer declines the quotation after a full diagnostic has been performed.

Warranty

• 90-day warranty on laptop and desktop hardware repairs.
• No warranty is offered for data recovery.
• Warranty does not cover software issues, user damage, or third-party tampering after repair.

Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with UK business law.
• Either party may enforce the arbitration award in a court of competent jurisdiction.
• By engaging Webb Tech Services, you waive the right to a jury trial.

Unclaimed Property

Any equipment left unclaimed for 90 days after notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of. Webb Tech Services will bear no liability for unclaimed property.
